One entire week of no accidents in the house!!! Also, Maggie's issues with other dogs have been cut in half. Our vet was ecstatic with the change in Maggie's behaviour and is no longer interested in using medication for her issues. The vet clinic is interested in keeping your business cards at their office if you would like to pass some out.

I just wanted to let you know about a few Enzo successes we've had recently! On Monday he let a complete stranger pet him.  This is an amazing improvement. He is definitely more confident and I have to credit his obedience classes with giving us both the confidence. Tonight we went back to flyball for the first time in a couple months. He was awesome! He did what he was asked and rocked it. He was even holding his sit commands under heavy distraction as there was dogs everywhere and they were all energized and barking. We look forward to an advanced group obedience class in the fall!

Snowy is a foster dog and barked like crazy in many inappropriate situations (at dogs, in the car, in the backyard, in the house). She would work herself up, irritating my other dogs and frustrating me.  After a brief discussion with Heather, Snowy's barking is down 95% in 24 hours. I have checked out three dog daycares. The first, I did not like the energy and dogs were barking and restless. The second was affordable and loving, but still a large group of dogs. Finally is your Beast dog daycare with small groups and Reiki healing. Dogs are aware of our energy and as a Master Reiki Practitioner I appreciate this type of loving and quality care for my puppy. I love you for your classes and daycare. I enjoy watching Millie learn and gain new skills to help her have a happy and balanced life. It took 30 seconds. Our 60lb Pit Bull came to meet Heather pulling at her leash in excitement as she does, which if around other dogs, can turn into anxiety or worse: on-leash aggression. Within 30 seconds (no lie), Heather was walking our dog with no pulling on the leash what-so-ever. It of course took her the rest of the one hour session to train myself and my partner how to achieve this new found heaven, as well as answer our many questions! We are still in complete awe of how fast the change came about, and how simple the solution was. My confidence was restored, and our dogs respect for us increased. I wanted to thank you sooo much for our 1 on 1 training session in December.  We have been working very hard and see definite improvements.  We learned so much from you, and Whisky did too.  We've been taking her to much more populated places for walks and see such a difference in her.  We actually took her around elk lake on New years and it was crazy busy there.  Whisky did awesome, just walking on past most people, and now we even have her sitting when horses go by, which certainly was not the case before.  So so so much better, thank you!

Buca is getting better everyday! He is more confident with people and other dogs, more comfortable with new people coming into our house, and he is doing so well off leash. I am new to Victoria and I have a 13 year old chocolate lab named Storm. Storm has a few health issues and can be dog aggressive. I'm always a little nervous leaving her. Heather and Jessica are fantastic. Very caring, professional and they always leave my house exactly as I found it. Storm has become less dog aggressive since spending time with them and is happy every time she sees them. I have always been a hundred percent satisfied with their service, I love my dog and do not leave her with just anyone. Jessica and Heather treat Storm like she is part of their family. Heather lives on our property and looks after our dogs for us. Her boarding dogs are all transported safely in her truck, and they stay in the house with her for plenty of one on one attention. She's extremely knowledgeable when it comes to training, safety, health care and works with lots of rescues in her limited amount of spare time. I can honestly say she is one person I trust with my house key, I can go on vacation knowing that I don't have to worry about anything. Best thing is my dog’s reference, she doesn’t do it for everyone but for certain people she likes she scrunches up her face and smiles, and Heather gets it every time, so if she passes my dog’s scrunchy face test, then she’s ok!

I recently met with Nikki for a Reiki session. Reiki  is a term that I previously knew little about but Heather spoke very highly of Nikki so I decided to give Reiki a shot. Nikki is an amazing person, you can tell from the second you meet her. She made my dog and I feel comfortable, relaxed and at peace. My normally antisocial dog even gave her a very polite and cute ~ Thank You ~ kiss – my husband still doesn’t believe me!

After one hour with Heather our 5 month old Golden Doodle "Ruby" stopped pulling on the leash! Ruby is walking on her leash and collar like a different dog. Hello Heather & Nikki, thank you both for providing a safe, loving place for Matilda to stay while I was out of town. It was a reassuring send off-as we left, Matilda happily walked away with Nikki.
